About

Mark was born in Morristown, New Jersey, but spent most of his childhood years with his family overseas living in Malaysia and the US Virgin Islands. Mark’s family relocated to the Washington, D.C. area where he completed high school in Warrenton, Virginia. Mark is married to his wife and daughter. They reside in the Washington, D.C. neighborhood of Capitol Hill with their dog Jazz. 

INTERESTS

Travel 

While growing-up, Mark got the “travel bug” while traveling extensively with his family throughout SE Asia, Australia, Europe/UK, North and South America, and the Caribbean. As a student, Mark took time off to travel independently through South America, the Caribbean, and Japan, and assisted with teaching two university sponsored courses in Argentina.
